Beginning at a railroad spike in the center line of the Warner Road, said spike being at the northwesterly corner of a 5.998 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by Oliver L. Hansen et ux, and is described in a deed recorded in Volume 626 at Page 90 of the Trumbull County Records of Deeds; Thence S. 87 degrees 28’ E. and along the north line of said 5.998 acre parcel, a distance of 753.62 feet, but to an iron pin at the northeasterly corner of said 5.998 acre parcel; Thence N. 0 degrees 13’ E., parallel to the center line of said Warner Road, a distance of 362.50 feet, to an iron pin; Thence N. 87 degrees 28’ W., and along the south line of lands now or formerly owned by Alta M. Said premises to be sold as the property of JOHN J. BIDINOTTO JR., ET AL to satisfy a judgment in favor of COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. on an order of sale issued from the Common Pleas Court of Trumbull County, Ohio and to me directed as Sheriff of said County.
Terms of Sale:- - CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK. Ten Percent (10%) Deposit on day of sale or 100% full purchase price if less than $3,000; Balance in Thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale and unless paid within thirty days shall bear interest at ten percent (10%) until paid. Bids will include real property taxes & assessments due and payable as determined by ORC Section 323.47 and shall be paid directly by successful purchaser to Trumbull County Treasurer within 30 days from confirmation of sale. Failure to comply with bid process will result in contempt charges & forfeiture of entire deposit plus any damages allowable by law.
