Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, February 18, 2010, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A.M., I will offer for sale at Public Auction, at the Commissioners Hearing Room on the 5th floor of the Administration Building in Warren, Ohio, the following real estate, to wit:
Legal Description:
Situated in the Township of Vernon, County of Trumbull, and State of Ohio;
And known as being a part of Lot Number Three (3) in the Wilcox Tract of the original survey of said Vernon Township; and in bounded and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Bushnell-Campbell Road, said point the southeasterly corner of lands now and formerly owned by Bell Mizner et al;
Thence westerly along the south line of said Mizner lands, a distance of about 1600 feet, but to the northwest corner of a 25.00 acre tract of land now or formerly owned by David G. Williams and Betty M. Williams;
Thence southerly and along the west line of said 25.00 acre tract, a distance of 200.00 feet, to a point;
Thence easterly parallel to the south line of said Mizner lands, a distance of about 1600.00 feet, but to a point in the center line of said Bushnell-Campbell Road;
Thence Northerly and along the center line of said road, a distance of 200.00 feet, but to the place of beginning; and containing within said bound about 7.35 acres of land, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

Said premises to be sold as the property of WILLIAM G. FRETWELL ET AL to satisfy judgment in favor of WELLS FARGO BANK, NA on an order of sale issued from the Common Pleas Court of Trumbull County, Ohio, and to me directed as Sheriff of Trumbull County.
Terms of Sale:- - CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK. Ten Percent (10%) Deposit on day of sale or 100% full purchase price if less than $3,000; Balance in Thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale and unless paid within thirty days shall bear interest at ten percent (10%) until paid. Bids will include real property taxes & assessments due and payable as determined by ORC Section 323.47 and shall be paid directly by successful purchaser to Trumbull County Treasurer within 30 days from confirmation of sale. Failure to comply with bid process will result in contempt charges & forfeiture of entire deposit plus any damages allowable by law.
