Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, February 18, 2010, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A.M., I will offer for sale at Public Auction at the Commissioners Hearing Room in Warren, Ohio, the following real estate, to wit:

The following described property located in the County of Trumbull, Township of Mecca and State of Ohio:
Being part of Lot No. One (1) in the Ely Tract in said Township of Mecca, bounded and described as follows:
Bounded on the West by the highway Number Five (5) leading from Cortland to Johnston, bounded on the North by the N.Y.P. & O. Railroad, and bounded on the South by the Fowler-Johnston Townline Road and bounded on the East by lands now or formerly owned by Hazel E. Johnson and E. Frank Johnson.
The easterly line to be parallel with the Townline between Mecca and Johnston and so far distant therefrom to contain One (1) acre of land or less,
Being the same premises as conveyed by Deed recorded in Volume 399, Page 203 and by Certificate of Title recorded in Volume 630, Page 537 of the Trumbull County Records of Deeds.
SUBJECT, however, to the rights reserved by Margaret K. Schaney, aka; in her deed dated March 25, 1964, and recorded as Instrument Number 607283 in the Trumbull County Records of Deeds.

Said premises to be sold as the property of TOMMIE A. REAL, ET AL to satisfy a judgment in favor of CORTLAND SAVINGS AND BANKING COMPANY on an order of sale issued from the Common Pleas Court of Trumbull County, Ohio and to me directed as Sheriff of said County.
Terms of Sale:- - CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK. Ten Percent (10%) Deposit on day of sale or 100% full purchase price if less than $3,000; Balance in Thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale and unless paid within thirty days shall bear interest at ten percent (10%) until paid. Bids will include real property taxes & assessments due and payable as determined by ORC Section 323.47 and shall be paid directly by successful purchaser to Trumbull County Treasurer within 30 days from confirmation of sale. Failure to comply with bid process will result in contempt charges & forfeiture of entire deposit plus any damages allowable by law.
