Situated in the Township of Southington, County of Trumbull, State of Ohio and known as being part of Section No. 26 in the original survey of said Township and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a spike in the center of the Newton Falls Southington Smith Road, which said center line intersects the South line of Section No. 26; thence North 9 deg. 23’ East along the center line of said road, a distance of 693.03 feet to a point; the place of beginning; thence South 86 deg. 36’ East, a distance of 462 feet to an iron pin set in the West line of lands now or formerly owned by Wayne Mumma; thence South 2 deg. 09’ West, a distance of 93.12 feet to an iron pin; thence North 86 deg. 36’ West, a distance of 473.8 feet to an iron pin in the center of the Newton Falls Southington Smith Road; thence North 9 deg. 23' East along the center of said Newton Falls Southington Smith Road, a distance of 93.61 feet to the place of beginning and containing within said boundaries about 1 acre of land, and being further known as Lot No. 2 of a subdivision of a tract of land, containing 8.901 acres in said Section 26 as surveyed by I.R. Gregg, Registered Surveyor, 1945.

GEORGE, ET AL to satisfy a judgment in favor of WACHOVIA BANK NA FORMERLY KNOWN AS FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2001-4 on an order of sale issued from the Common Pleas Court of Trumbull County, Ohio and to me directed as Sheriff of said County.
Terms of Sale:- - CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK. Ten Percent (10%) Deposit on day of sale or 100% full purchase price if less than $2,000; Balance in Thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale and unless paid within thirty days shall bear interest at ten percent (10%) until paid. Bids will include real property taxes & assessments due and payable as determined by ORC Section 323.47 and shall be paid directly by successful purchaser to Trumbull County Treasurer within 30 days from confirmation of sale. Failure to comply with bid process will result in contempt charges & forfeiture of entire deposit plus any damages allowable by law.
